wetherel (1151), Encinitas, California, USA Sep 10, 2008 On my new "try as many pilseners as possible" quest, I found this on tap at PP Carlsbad. Poured by my friend, Sean. Light yellow color, small white head, fading fast. Aroma is a small amount of yeastiness, I yearn for more. Saaz are muted as well, but I suppose that is a good thing. Easy to drink, which is bringing up my ratings lately after trying far too many undrinkable 11% alcobombs. A pleasure.
