On-tap at Carroll Canyon. Pours slightly hazy, light orange/yellow with a thin white head, some lace. Smells slightly fruity and nutty with some light citrus hop notes. Tastes nutty right up front with some fruity, peach, apricot and light citrus hops, orange. Crisp malt profile, pretty green. Light to medium body, vibrant carbonation.

If I remember correctly, I had this at the Wet Hop Festival at O’Briens. And, come on, if it’s served at the Wet Hop festival, you know this is like drinking a sack of fresh greenbud. The hops is a relative to cannabis, but I’m sure you beer nerds were fully aware of that. This stuff pours fast and goes down faster. Low alchol means I can have lots of it before the lamp shade comes out. Light, earthy, refreshing and super duper pretty.

Draft at the Bistro Wet Hop Fest. Clear, light copper color with a very slight haze and a white head. Musty nose with some fruit notes. Very balanced flavor with a light malt note and just the hops to balance it.
