Maybe ts too cold, but there was not much of an aroma, but I did notice a hint of lemon peel. Definitely a good looking beer; amber body and slightly cloudy with lasting SUDS. Light on the palate. The taste is outstanding with something different than other IPA; almost a bit of smokiness to the hops. The hops are intense but not too overpowering. As far as IPAs goes, this one is up there with Bell’s Two Hearted.

This was a fantastic beer.
The hop profile was fantastic bright and hoppy. Plenty of citrus and tropical fruits, a pleasure to drink.

2012-09-15. Lightly hazy bright orange body, nice off-white/beige head. 3+ Pleasant hoppy flavour, lovely tangerine citrus and orange seeds. Perfect amount of bitterness throughout, very muted green leafy hop undercurrents. 8++ Hoppy aroma, modest citrus and leafy green touches. 7+ Average plus to medium bodied palate is fairly carbonated and suits the beer well. 3+ Very nice IPA! Bottle via trade with cfrancis.

22 ounce bottle poured into a pint glass. Pours an orange color with medium head. Nose is peach, pineapple, citrus and pine. Flavor follows the hose, with a bitter hop finish. A very good summertime brew.

4.5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Had this on tap 3 weeks ago, pouring from the bottle as I taste tonight. Equally enjoyable from the bottle, orange-lemon aroma that translates to a somewhat piney flavor, I’m thinking Simcoe hops in here somewhere. Clear golden color in the glass, carbonation and viscosity add up to all you’d want in an IPA, not as thick as some Imperial IPAs but approaching that slightly thicker mouthfeel. Not a "session" IPA, a bit of a palate-wrecker, so best to reserve to end of the evening or better yet, just enjoy it on a night when you’re just ready for ONE exceptional beer. Because YES this one is worth the 100-point rating, outstanding effort.

Trade from StefanSD, thanks buddy. Clear amber body with a large frothy white head. Aroma is peach, mango, citrus, hops. Flavor is lots of bitter hops, peach, mango, lemon, grapefruit, pine needles, fresh wet newly cut grass. Delicious.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a cloudy medium orange color with almost no head. Very nice fruity and malty aroma. Lots of peaches, apricots, lemons, oranges, and pineapples come out. Taste is very nice blend of all the aromas and backed up by a decent amount of malt. Moderate bitterness in the middle helps to balance the sweet fruit. Spicy finish brings out flavors of peppercorns and more citrus. Slightly bitter in the finish too. A very good IPA. Lots of flavor packed in, nice amount of bitterness, decent complexity. Highly recommend.

UPDATED: SEP 21, 2015 1) Tap, Church Key, San Francisco, 16/08/12. Wild green, deeply stewed and spliff-like aroma approaching a 10. Rasping, enamel-stripping grapefruit softening into tropical fruit and Darjeeling. Simcoe and lots of it? Mad, balanced and sampled to Tom. FAR too good to leave in your cousin’s fridge 7000 miles away.
2) Can from Leicester BrewDog. Fat honey pour with clouds of lace. Floral honey and herbal aroma with peach liqueur, grapefruit, pine, rosemary and Jelly Tots. Slick lemon infused sponge sweetness to the fore swiftly demolished by resinous pine, sun baked conifer, almost lavender, mandarin jelly. lean chaffy backdrop of malt. balance bob on with neither an excess of sweetness or bitterness. Really beautiful
