4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Purchased in six pack can form at Bottles & Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed at home on a cold early February Friday night while watching An Idiot Abroad, which is pretty hilarious. This stuff is a pretty impressive IPA. Appearance is a rather clear gold with a rich carbonated white head that nicely dissipates. Aroma is light but potent, filled with apricot and peach notes, along with light citrus and bready characteristics, relatively delicate. Taste goes down with lightly tart notes and a nice bitterness, an incredible easy drinker, which is rare for an IPA which is quickly becoming one of my lesser favorite brews...but this one brings back my appreciation for the style. Great great brew here!

Pours a clear orange, looks like your typical IPA. Very pleasant fruity floral aroma. Taste is sweet malts with solid hop backbone. Some citrus in their but the fruitiness wins out with this beer, which I love. I love my IPAs fruity. I usually donít have a sophisticated enough palate to distinguish certain flavors, but with this beer I was very easily able to distinguish peach/apricot, mango and a hint of pineapple. Fantastic, just fantastic. I think this will be my go to IPA.

To date my favorite ipa when fresh. I say when fresh cause we hardly ever get it fresh in NJ. When fresh the bitter, flavor, aroma combo is near perfect. As it ages the bitterness starts to become to much

4.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours a golden honey color with a frothy cream-colored head. Nice retention and great lacing. Aroma is apricot, pineapple, honey, peach, tangerine, and floral notes; a pleasant aroma thatís very inviting. This beer is very crisp and refreshing. Flavor starts off with nice sweet citrusy notes, tangerine, mango, and pineapple, followed up by the perfect amount of hoppiness and spice as it lingers on the tongue. This is as perfectly balanced an IPA Iíve ever had. Mouthfeel is thinner than youíd expect for an IPA with this flavor profile. Usually they are a little on the thicker and more syrupy side. This one isnít, and thatís not a bad thing at all. Itís perfectly carbonated and the thinner mouthfeel just adds to the experience as itís plays off that crisp and refreshing aspect of the beer that makes it a homerun in the aroma and flavor department. Overall this might very well be the best IPA Iíve ever tried. Itís different than I expected, but in a very good way. I love this beer. If you like IPAs, this is a must buy.

Strong citrusy grapefruit aroma. This IPA is smooth for 7% ABV with an amazing hop flavor throughout. One of the better IPA's I've tried. Amazingly citrusy.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Appearance: Very bubbly, with a bright orange hue. Looks very refreshing.
Smell: Citrusy and tropical. Very appealing.
Taste: Hops were surprisingly sharp up front, given the aroma, but not in an offensive way. Just more punch to this beer than the smell would imply.
Mouthfeel: Medium body.
Drinkability: Very tasty and drinkable. I love the art and the tone it sets with the beer. A tough IPA with big hops.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Crystal clear copper pour and a soapy thin head. Peach aroma mixes with herbal hops. Silk smooth palate. The hops in this have real bite, i love bitter but these are almost metallic. Overall, im disappointed, heard great things but this reminds me of a sav hopped disaster, hmmm maybe amarillo isnt for me either. This must be an off bottle, im struggling to get much out of it.

Poured from a 12 oz. bottle. Golden orange in color. Tons of citrus and hops on the nose. Great balance between sweet fruit flavors - apricot, lemon - and hoppy bitterness. Fizzy feel on the tongue. You cannot do better for a wide release DIPA.
