UPDATED: NOV 3, 2006 Draft: Peach in color with a yellow cast. Stiff and fluffy white foam clings with each sip. Delicate aroma of grassy hops, honeysuckle, tangerine, and lime. Hint of doughy yeast. Carbonation is airy and slightly chalky. Dustily crackery malt dryness neutralizes the initial burst of juicy peach and orangey hops. Notes of popcorn exude as the huskiness/graininess and doughy yeast steadily grow and overshadow the vibrant hops. Flash of peachy acidity refreshes, though it hampers the body. Clean but understated grassy bitterness tickles the palate, but the crackery malt persists. Finishes dully bitter and dryly chalky, but persistently crunchy with malt, as the blandness continues with merely a hint of tangy tangerine. Has a decent aroma, but it could stand to be less doughy. As far as flavor and texture go, it’s far too grainy and there’s nowhere near enough hop flavor or bitterness to combat it. Pretty simple and boring.

Great looking orange clear pour. Floral citrus grapefruit pine and hopppy taste. Well balanced. Almost a perfect beer in my opinion!

UPDATED: MAY 26, 2012 Draft. Hazy gold with a small frothy head. Very nice full flavored IPA. Nice dry citrus notes from the hops. Lots of citrus with. Mid to light roasty flavors. Lemon grass. Cinnamon. Dark wildflower honey. Fresh watercress. Somehow crisp and syrupy at the same time. Well blended. Hop bitterness throughout but a soft enough finish. Nice. Nice. Nice. A must try!

beautiful light aromatic citrus hops. The bouquet of hops is my favorite characteristic-slaps you in the face. Extremely drinkable.

The Beer, the Myth, the Legend. After waiting/searching 2 years for this brew, I finally got my mouth on it. Great IPA! Wonderful citrus notes in the nose and in the taste. Nice sticky white lacing. Beautiful orange-gold color. A must have to Hop Heads.

Amber in color, clear with a thin head. Big hops forward aroma. Floral and fruity. Very nice malt backing and flavors. This was a very tasty IPA. One of the bets I have had in a long time.

Appearance was amber gold with diminishing whitish creamy 1 finger head, spotty lacing.Aromas where sweet honey malt with grapefriut, lemons, oranges and spices. Taste was sweet figs, honey sweet malty backbone with melony citrus lemony hops comes through in the back. Palate was smooth creamy carbonation with beautiful medium balance of sweetness and hops. Orange color body with big hop flavor and bitter grapefruit finish. On point for sure.

Pours a clear light amber with a generous 4 finger head. Very citrusy aroma, grapefruit, mango. Taste follows suit, very sticky hops, very bitter. A beautiful beer.

Bottle. Golden orange pour head with a foamy white head. Grapefruit hop aromas. Fantastic balance. Good body. Loads of grapefruit and melon hop notes supported by a sturdy caramel malt backbone. A very nice IPA.
