3.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A: Pours a little on the light side but otherwise amber. Head dissipates pretty rapidly leaving some good lacing.
S: Aroma is very fruity. Appricot... orange are the big players. Some hops but lighter.
T: Subtle fruit notes. A little bit of fruit. A little bit of malt. The bitterness seems to overwhelm the other notes and fade quickly leaving a dull bitterness.
P: Carbonation is a little aggressive. Decent flavor development.
I was so excited to try this beer! Great ratings.... picture of a sculpin (my wife totally takes care of them at the aquarium!) IPA, Ballast Point!!! But this beer was pretty disappointing. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either. A little uncontrolled... doesn’t bring anything special to the table. The Big Eye IPA and the Calico Amber were way way better. I have a growler of this bad boy in the fridge so I will see if it gets better.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured a dark hazy yellow with a thin head which still had a nice lacing. The aroma has some strong aromas of fruits like apricots in addition to some vegetable like sweet baby carrots. Taste is quite heavy on apricot and some rather strong bittering hops. The high alfa acid bitterness lingers heavily on the aftertaste. Body is also quite heavy for the style. It’s very enjoyable, though certainly an unabashedly unbalanced IPA.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a dark golden color with a white head that does not go away at all and leaves large amounts of lazing. Smells very fruity and a bit sweet maybe caramel on the head, yet the hops are there. This beer starts off with a bit og malty sweetness and fruityness at the the start and then goes into a hop parade and leaves a not so bitter finish. Great beer, wish I had more than one

3.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Ported from BA.
Lots of foamy white head, almost 3 fingers of it. The beer itself is more of a golden yellow honey color. It has some slight haze to it, but that might be from the low temperature.
Piney and lemony. What we have here is a bottle of Pinesol, no doubt. Some apricot also comes in, which is a pretty nice little change from the usual grapefruit flavors we’ve been seeing lately.
Wow, WAY drier than what I was expecting from the smell. On top of that, it’s extremely piney. The bottle mentions several fruits, but if they’re in there, they can’t stand up to the crazy amount of pine in this thing. There’s a good amount of bitterness sticking around too.
A light body that really sticks to you. There’s something kind of syrupy about it actually.
Solid, but not as well balanced as I’d like. Definitely has a high drinkability, and it might be a good introductory IPA due to it’s light body and non-overwhelming bitterness. Would I have another? Maybe. Would I buy another bomber? Probably not.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
From a 22 ounce bottle into a frosted pint glass. Harsh hoppy bitterness follows this from aroma to first sip to aftertaste. Excellent. I get pine and citrus (grapefruit) together. I find it easy to drink.

Mycket svag doft. Ren torr IPA med viss metall i smaken..Lagom humlad. . Saknar dock frukt å fyllighet för att bli en perfekt IPA. Svenska bryggare hämta inspiration här.

On tap at Pizzeria Uno Bensalem. Surprisingly nice light color. Aroma is pine and citrus. Very little head. Taste is wonderful. It has a very upfront hop kick that isn’t overbearing, and doesn’t stay thick or harsh on your palate. Brought me joy.
