12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy copper color with a medium white head that has fair retention. The aroma is rife with grapefruit and grapefruit zest. The taste mirrors the aroma--I get lots of grapefruit, perhaps a touch of mango and not much else. The palate is full and smooth with soft carbonation. Finishes medium in duration and dry. Overall: This really is a completely different beer than the original, I suspect that it will grow on me over time and will become a regular in fridge.

Bottle to tulip. Pours medium orange golden color with medium white head. Nose is citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit, resin. Flavor is juicy at first and finishes less bitter than regular Sculpin. The citrus flavor is still somewhat bitter but doesnít have that Sculpin bite. Very drinkable. Almost a completely different beer than Sculpin.

10oz pour at Triangle Wine. Good aroma sweet. Citrus. Grapefruit. Clean golden orange color. Good head And lace. Bitter sweet flavor. Medium body creamy sticky mouthfeel. Bitter sweet drying finish. Darn nice real good addition with grapefruit without overwhelming the ipa. Amma is wonderful.

Just like regular Sculpin but the grapefeuit is predominant in aroma and taste. Is good but habanero and the regular one are better. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a golden medium orange with a one finger off white head with nice lacing. Aroma is of grapefruit, other citrus, tropical fruits (a lot of apricot), light pine, and some light sweet caramel. Taste is dominated by bitter grapefruit, with tropical apricots, pine, caramel, and sweet malts in the background. Has a medium body with a pretty creamy mouthfeel a a semi dry, semi-moderately bitter, medium, refreshing finish. Overall, a very nice versioning sculpin that features grapefruit nicely and is quite refreshing.
