On tap at Bistro BA Fest poured a clear dark brown nearly black with a lingering ring of brown foam. Aromas of rum, oak, roastiness, plum and dark chocolate. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth dry finish. Flavors of roastiness, dark chocolate, rum, plum and oak with a smooth dry lingering fruity finish.
