750ml bottle shared with dosbeerigos. In my opinion this is what a stout is suppose to taste/look like. Dark black pour with a brownish bubbly head. Good carbonation with an oily lacing. Aroma is full of chocolate and hints of coffee. Flavor is malty, chocolaty and bitter. Just straight forward, up front goodness.

Aggressive pour yields a monstrous beige head. The aroma is heavy rosted barley, chocolate and cream. Silky creamy, this beer gallops nicely with roasted malts, some cherry sweetness, and a dollop of bitter hops. A nice piece of velvet.

Shared a growler with padrefan. Dark dark pour with lots of tan head. Nice Roasted chocolate and coffee. Much more roasty on the flavor with some burnt malt flavors and a bit of alcohol. Pretty darn tasty.

On cask at O’Brien’s. Black pour with a brown ring of bubbles. Coffee, toasted oatmeal, walnuts, leather, and cocoa in the aroma. Smooth mouthfeel. Chocolate mousse, a ton of roasted malt, cream, toffee, and a slight hop bite in the finish. Very, very nice.

Pours black with little head, that foams up a little afterwards with a tan showing, but quickly recedes. Flavor is full, robust, nutty, slightly bitter but also sweet. You can taste more carbonation than it shows, but it goes down oatmeal, smooth and dark. Has slight notes of sesame, chocolate and oatmeal cookies.

Growler from the brewery. What it lacked in aromas the taste made up for it. Very smooth, with hardly any noticeable alcohol. Easy drinking with tastes of chocolate, malt and cream.

Very dark brown color with a billowy tan head that settles slowly to a fairly dense lid. Damn I lost my review. Redo, abbreviated addition. Initial sweet roasted and toasted malt along with red currants. Middle has some herbs, leather and dark cherries. Finish has a bit acidity. Linger is light, with cherries and sweet coffee. A satisfying, smooth, sweet stout. Thanks to BrockLander for sending this my way.

Bomber bottle post PP SAF: Opaque with creamy tan head and very good lace. The aroma has notes of coffee, chocolate, oatmeal, prune, currant, tobacco, grassy and herbal hop vapours. The taste starts with a nice coffee and hop bitterness balanced against heavy chocolate malts. Slightly fruity and herbal as well. The mouth feel is rich but still vibrant, dry finish. A nice Imperial Oatmeal Coffee Stout, Yeah Baby!

Super dark...dark head. Dark malt aroma. Rich and flavorful, creamy and smooth, big and delicious, oooohhh... lovely balance of rich roasted malts and bitter hops, leaning towards dark and bitter chocolate, slight cocoa. wood, minerals,
