Had on nitro tap. Insanely smooth, creamy, nice coffee flavor in an oatmeal. Aroma isn't too spectacular, but super drinkable and flavorful. Great mouthfeel and head retention.

Draft at Craft. Turbid onyx pour with 1-finger tan head. Nose was choc and black patent malt, coffee. Tastes rich, malty, with hints of cacao, espresso, nuts, and some lactic sweetness. I did not get diacetyls in this, and based upon the historical trend for BP beers it is not plausible that an acetyl bomb left CA and Ballast Point in that state, so guys, let’s start listing the locations where we get butter beer and investigating them rather than trashing good beer.
