UPDATED: JAN 8, 2015 On tap poured into a 4 oz sampler. A wonderful aromatic combination of sweet orange and lemon, with a nice lighter chili and lime note greet the nose. Itís a very hazy pale with a white head that reduces to a couple puffs, but doesnít leave any lacing. Itís a really refreshing balance between a light sweetness and spicy hot bitterness. Itís light body is very effervescent and thin in the mouth and is complemented by a nice, full spicy warmth mouth coating at the finish with perhaps a touch of resin. This spiciness lingers for a long time - like just eating a bunch of hot salsa - so be careful because that spiciness refuses to go away.

Great aroma...great balance wheat and chili. Looks like it should too with big head. But too lean over power burnt pepper..,not much else going on.

Glass shared by Marcus at capitol beer and taprrom. Pours light yellow. Taste is big chilli lime and hot peppers. Not good at all unless tour into those two.

On tap at Capitol Beer. Pours golden with a nice white head and a mild malty aroma with a hint of pepper. There is a faint wheat flavor that is totally overwhelmed by pepper.

Draft at House of Brews - Pours a cloudy golden/yellow with a little white cap. The noise is wheaty, spicy, and a little lime. The taste is nicely balance. Its bready with a mix of the thai spices, ginger, and lime. The heat hits you slightly in the end, nothing over pouring. Iím not a fan of wheats but this is pretty good.

On draft at the Livermore Saloon. I enjoyed this more than I thought I would. It pours a very pale yellow color with a white head. The aroma has a lot of wheat with very nice subdued hints of hot chiles and ginger. The flavor is very spicy with good chile burn and a bit of lime tartness to go along the the wheat. The ginger seems to come across a bit on the sweet sideÖ This beer is super spicy and hot, but it works with a smaller base beer. I liked it.

Tap at stags head as part of craziest flavored flight ever. Pours straw colored with pillowy head. Nose of nice Thai traditional flavors. Tastes of Thai chilis like the purple bag of doritoes, with ginger, lime, lemongrass, some malt. Pretty decent kick but not unpleasant and refreshing carbonation..

Hazy golden color. Tons of ginger, lime and chili in the nose. The mouth is really refreshing and there is a massive spicy kick at the end. I would say this is the spiciest craft beer Iíve ever had. Really nice though.

Sample at Standard Market. I admit, I do like my chiles in my beers. Mix of spices in the nose. Hazy straw color. Taste brings on a light burn of chiles right at the start. Ginger is there, too. Canít quite catch anything resembling lime, except for a note that I usually find with lemonglass, so I guess thatís it. Keeps up a little burn at the back of my mouth, but once swallowed, thereís little after-taste.
