Apr 24, 2008 Draught Near no head; black beer. Pure freshly roasted coffee with a bit of sugar; moccha cookies (Café Crème) aroma. Sweet coffee & moccha, and only the sweetness and the warming betraying the alcoholload. Very slick, viscuous, and alcoholwarming. Good, impressive Imperial porter, with a respectable alcoholdash that doesn’t get too spiritlike.

Apr 13, 2008 On tap. Poured a deep brown/black color with a thin beige head that diminished to a thin layer. Aroma of coffee, milk chocolate, and vanilla. Flavorconsisted of smooth coffee, roasted malts, chocolate, and light vanilla to complement even more coffee on the finish. Full and smooth on the palate, light alcohol peaking through. Very well done coffee porter, perhaps my favorite yet.

Mar 21, 2008 Tap @ Hamilton’s. Poured black in color. Smooth body. Huge coffee aroma. Tastes like a somewhat sweet iced coffee. Quite tasty. Alcohol is very well hidden.
