On cask. Pours with a black body and a lasting, frothy brown head of foam. Aromas are of clove, mulling spices, roast, cinnamon cookie, chocolate, raisins and light rum. Flavors are of roast, raisins, chocolate, bready, light tannin, rum and some spices. Cookies. A bit of a bitterness from the spice. Notes of brown sugar as it warms. Thick, lightly warming, heavy bodied. Intense. Good stuff!
