A fresh, unfiltered brew perfect for lazy summer days. Our Wahoo White is brewed with unfiltered, un-malted wheat and oats that give it a distinctive cloudy complexity. True to the Belgian tradition, this Witbier boasts a refreshing, citrusy flavor thanks to the orange peel and coriander we add to the boil. This makes Wahoo an ideal beer for year-round beach weather.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with white head. Coriander, orange peel, wheat yeast aromas - pretty classic belgian white aroma. Easy, wheat, yeast, coriander, spice flavors. I could down a 12-pk of this easily. A really solid belgian white, best pure witbier I’ve had in a 1 1/2 years.

Very light. Almost a light beer. Some flavor but very dull and minerally. Palate is nice and the aroma is barely there but gives some indication that’s it a white. Bottle

12 ounce bottle. Aroma has some lemon and coriander spice. Some grains of paradise are also possibly used. A typical witbier aroma. Moderately hazy yellowish body with a small, white head present. Starts with a bit of a sweet, milky maltiness. A little carbonation in the middle, before some coriander flavors come through. Finishes a little watery and bland.

From the bottle of port is crystal blonde and slightly cloudy with it quickly dissipating whitehead, the aroma is an ale not distinct overpowering notes, maybe a little bit of citrus in the aroma, the taste an solid ale but not picking up the citrus or the orange, the mouth feel is medium almost a little thicker than I would expect for this type of beer overall a nice mellow drinking beer

Draught @ Albion. Hazy bright orange with small creamy white head, citrus aroma, high carbonation, sweet taste with orange peel flavor, thin body, abrupt finish. Positively throat burning, very fizzy but nice.

12oz bottle. Pretty much everything I would hope for and expect from Ballast Point. Hazy yellow-tan body. Clean and easy going, a little bit of a dry clean bite. I could drink insane amounts of this. Hyper session beer.

Nice wheaty flavor with some orange and coriander, pours a hazy straw from a bottle. Good beer.

12oz bottle. Pours golden orange with a small white head. Lots of carbonation. Aroma is of spice, wheat, funk, and bread. Smells good. Taste is of wheat, funk, and bread. Has a slight spice character to it. Lingering spice and wheat. Mouthfeel is light and moderately carbonated. Body is light, but not thin. Not bad. It tastes decent, and is easy to drink.
