COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A fresh, unfiltered brew perfect for lazy summer days. Our Wahoo White is brewed with unfiltered, un-malted wheat and oats that give it a distinctive cloudy complexity. True to the Belgian tradition, this Witbier boasts a refreshing, citrusy flavor thanks to the orange peel and coriander we add to the boil. This makes Wahoo an ideal beer for year-round beach weather.

Light hazy yellow body, white head. Strong coriander and citrus notes. Some light bread, honey. Sweet, light spice. Light chewy body. Short finish. Fine, very simple.

Can from Bottledog. Decent wit here - citrus and wheat. Touch of mustiness. Nice orange quality in the aftertaste. Little spice. Medium sweet then a little dry on the end.

Can, Brewdog Leicester. Hazy yellow gold with a white head. Floral with butter, wheat and lemony yeast. Banana and metal with coriander spiciness. Quite thin in the mouth. OK.

12 oz single bottle into a shaker glass, purchased at Hy-Vee Wine & Spirits - Muscatine. Pale yellow, slight hazy, unfiltered appearance with a white head, almost fully dissipating. Aroma of clove, coriander, yeast, orange peel, bread and light spices. Similar flavor, herbal, yeasty and zesty with a toasted grain finish. Mild bitterness balanced by a light to mild sweetness. Light body with ample carbonation and a crisp feel. Not bad.

bottle. Hazy pale golden with small head. Fairly light body with some sweet wheat and orange, mild coriander. It ticks all the boxes, but isn’t as outstanding as many other Ballast Point beers.

Robe jaune et opaque. La mousse ne tient pas. Arômes d’Orange, fruits jaunes, banane. Goût biscuit, banane, clou de girofle. Final fruits jaunes. Assez longue en bouche. Texture sirupeuse. Une bonne blanche.

Modest aroma and taste for the style. Cloudy golden color with average head and body. My least favorite Ballast Point so far.

Aroma is wheat, orange peel, coriander, all light. Appearance is fizzy, pale yellow, with a head that dissipated very quickly. Taste is wheat. Lots of wheat. Corn. Orange peel. Coriander. Ehhhhh. Mouthfeel is like club soda, with a light to medium body. Overall, even for a Wit, this is not good.

This beer has a deliciously fruity taste that borders on a hard cider meeting a white beer. It’s carbonated to the point where you’re again second guessing if it’s beer you’re drinking, but it’s got such a unique flavor that you can’t not love it.

L: pours a hazy straw with a half finger of white head. S: really gentle aroma of wheat and orange, I struggle to get much more out of it. T: light coriander spice up front which glides smoothly into quite an aqueous wheat and citrus flavour. F: the flavour falls away pretty quickly but there’s a lingering spritz and spice. O: there’s a nice balance to it and it could quench well on a hot day, but it feels a bit entry-level and tame.
