COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A fresh, unfiltered brew perfect for lazy summer days. Our Wahoo White is brewed with unfiltered, un-malted wheat and oats that give it a distinctive cloudy complexity. True to the Belgian tradition, this Witbier boasts a refreshing, citrusy flavor thanks to the orange peel and coriander we add to the boil. This makes Wahoo an ideal beer for year-round beach weather.

22oz bottle. Stale fruit peel aroma along with some yeast. Piss test yellow body with white head that disipates quick. Not much for flavor yeasty and mild sour fruit. Nothing stood out here for me in this beer.

22oz bottle acquired in trade with DarkElf (thanks!). Poured a medium and hazy golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of wheat, coriander, some orange peel and yeast. Tastes of orange peel, coriander, wheat, and very light yeast. Thinner body. Light sweetness in the finish.

22 oz bottle, via Foolish_Mortal. Pours a slightly cloudy gold body with a one finger fizzy white head that faded quickly. Crisp wheat aroma with some grassy hops, coriander, and bitter orange peel. Nice spicy flavor, tons of coriander and orange peel, crisp wheat, and a light smack of tanginess and yeast on the finish. Fairly light bodied and refreshing with moderate soft carbonation. Overall, pretty decent. A little heavy on the spices, but at least it was flavorful.

Hazy yellow pour with very minimal white head. Spicy and citrusy aroma is evident. Very tart and tangy in taste. A little too tart I think. Fairly enjoyable, but not too memorable.

This wit pours a very light hazy gold color from a 22oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is orange peel. Citrus, yeast and spices. A light to medium bodied wit. Malts are fruity, sweet, with touches of orange and spices. Slightly floral and earthy tasting. Lively carbonation. Touch of banana, clove, coriander and orange peel. Bright yeast. Nice light and refreshing wit. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Pale yellow color with a light haze. Small white head. Light spicey clove flavor. Typical wheat beer aroma. Light bodied beer. Not bad

Very plain, wheat flavor and not much else. Musty and earthy, just okay, not great but drinkable.

Not all that happy with this one. Pours cloudy gold with very little head. Good spice and citrus in the aroma, but it is mixed with a dank basement odor that is supposed to be wheat. The taste is very yeasty, to the point of souring the beer. This could be pretty good if they would just tone that down.

Draught at Homebrew Mart next to Ballast Point: Hazy yellow gold, nose is spicy with light orange peel and citrus hop and musky wheat notes. The flavor is smooth with wheat but a bit light in the bitterness, decent wit.
