COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A fresh, unfiltered brew perfect for lazy summer days. Our Wahoo White is brewed with unfiltered, un-malted wheat and oats that give it a distinctive cloudy complexity. True to the Belgian tradition, this Witbier boasts a refreshing, citrusy flavor thanks to the orange peel and coriander we add to the boil. This makes Wahoo an ideal beer for year-round beach weather.

I’m sorry Ballast, I’m just not interested. It is another cloudy, uninteresting, flavorless Witt. Not so much the brew master’s fault-- it is just a style that is unappealing to me. Not even refreshing to me. 12oz bottle.

Bottle. Nose coriander, wheat, lemon, orange peel, touch cracker/malt, bubblegum, inviting. Golden pour, strongly effervescent with an ephemeral white head. Oily and wheaten full body, crisp but a little flabby in its weight, some nice gentle bread character, wheat slime, bright citrus, touch spice, faint tang, phenolics are still there and not bad. Tending sweet, very faint bitterness, overall bold and flavorful without tipping extreme in any category. Enjoyed.
