Hazy yellow pour with very minimal white head. Spicy and citrusy aroma is evident. Very tart and tangy in taste. A little too tart I think. Fairly enjoyable, but not too memorable.

Oct 26, 2008 Bottle. Pale straw yellow pour with some white head. Aroma is light citrus, dry grainy malt, very dry for a white beer, similar to the dryness found in coors. Flavor is the same, more sweet in flavor than in aroma, but the sweetness reminds of fruit juice, dry griany malt, and citrusy presence as well.

Oct 5, 2008 Poured from tap a hazy yellow with medium sized white head. Aroma was malty with a bubblegum sweetness, banana, and a slight spice. Flavor is sweet with bubblegum, banana, clove, and bready with a very mild citrus at the end. Overall, seemed more hefeweizen like than wit. Flavors were nice, but slightly too sweet and too little carbonation for me.
