A fresh, unfiltered brew perfect for lazy summer days. Our Wahoo White is brewed with unfiltered, un-malted wheat and oats that give it a distinctive cloudy complexity. True to the Belgian tradition, this Witbier boasts a refreshing, citrusy flavor thanks to the orange peel and coriander we add to the boil. This makes Wahoo an ideal beer for year-round beach weather.

Pours a cloudy golden yellow colour with a thin white head. Aroma is similar to a pale lager with a little bit of banana and clove; some yeast scents too. Taste is mildly sweet and more bitter than a typical wheat beer. Light body, thin on the palate, and lively carbonation. Overall an average but enjoyable wheat beer.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured hazy, yellow with a small white head; no lacing. Aroma of wheat, coriander, pepper and citrus fruit. Taste of yeast, wheat, tart citrus notes and some honey like sweetness. Crisp and refreshing not bad at all.

Pour from bomber. Possibly an old batch, still has their old logo design and called "Wahoo Wheat". Pours a straw yellow with moderate haziness, quickly dissipating head, no retention whatsoever. Aroma of hay and sourness. Flavor of bitter crabapple, huge tartness. Assuming this is a very old batch. Tastes, looks, and feels more like a sour or a gose rather than a wheat. Will have to get my hands on a newer batch at some point.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with white head. Coriander, orange peel, wheat yeast aromas - pretty classic belgian white aroma. Easy, wheat, yeast, coriander, spice flavors. I could down a 12-pk of this easily. A really solid belgian white, best pure witbier I’ve had in a 1 1/2 years.

Very light. Almost a light beer. Some flavor but very dull and minerally. Palate is nice and the aroma is barely there but gives some indication that’s it a white. Bottle

12 ounce bottle. Aroma has some lemon and coriander spice. Some grains of paradise are also possibly used. A typical witbier aroma. Moderately hazy yellowish body with a small, white head present. Starts with a bit of a sweet, milky maltiness. A little carbonation in the middle, before some coriander flavors come through. Finishes a little watery and bland.
