Commercial Description: A traditional draught cider made from fresh Hawke's Bay apples, medium/dry sweetness with a clear, green flavour of apples, truly scrumptious.
(Bottle 33 cl) Tap room claims 4.6% ABV, bottle label 5.0% ABV. Slightly hazy, pale golden with no traces of any head. Lightly tart apple aroma. Medium body with dry, lightly tart apple notes. Dry finish with a weak acidity. Not exactly a farmhouse cider but no commercial swill either. 280108
