(On tap) Clear, pale golden - almost clear as tap water - with close to no head. Somewhat astringent apple aroma . Medium body with a light sweetness while the apple flavours are somewhat downplayed. Perhaps simply because they are overpowered by very spicy and peppery ginger notes that really burn in the finish. Interesting. 200208
