COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lightly sparkling, sweet cider, made using a variety of culinary pears fermented the traditional way, giving it a sweet taste and full flavour.

500ml bottle - lime and soda to look at. More apple than pears in the aroma. Same too in the palate, light medium sweet with a gentle drying finish and a slight mineral note.

(On tap) Clear, pale golden with a vague, greenish hue. Lightly sweet apple aroma. Medium body with lightly sweet aroma of apple and pears. High carbonation, good balance between sweetness and acidity. Very drinkable. Could’ve hoped for more pronounced pear accents. 020208
