3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Gusler (2654) - Tucson, USA - SEP 17, 2003
The prototypical lager pour, a translucent gold, bright white head that is impressive in size, frothy in texture and a nice sheet of lace is left after the head erodes. Nose is the quintessential lager, all malt, crisp and clean and a tad sweet with the start malt laden, somewhat sweet, the top middling in its feel. Finish is moderately carbonated, the hops present but understated, dry and long lasting aftertaste, an average lager, nothing that “Trips My Trigger”.

Light and fruity. (This beer rating was imported from FB and unfortunately lacks any further comments.)
1.3 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 7/20 BlackEyePA (294) - USA - SEP 10, 2010
Hey, not too bad. My wife is Russian/German so she picked this up on a trip back to St.Petersburg. She got me 4 different Baltikas and this one wasnt too bad, minus the aftertaste and it is ok. i wouldn’t go looking for it but again not too bad. Better than a select few of the American light beers. Not at all amzing, just so-so.
1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 Hermod (1687) - Vantaa, FINLAND - OCT 8, 2009

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 Drake (5231) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - OCT 16, 2008
50 cL can from Sam’s Quik Shop. Golden yellow pour with a medium quickly dissipating head. Metallic and corny aroma. Taste is grain, corn, grass. Some metallic notes. Medium bodied. Honestly probably the best Baltika pale lager.
1.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20 BlackDonald (1127) - Boise, Idaho, USA - AUG 12, 2008
This is lawnmower, summer beer. Refreshing and clean at least, but not much of a body. Faint fruitiness, a bit of malt sweetness.
1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 liinis (1153) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUN 20, 2008
tastless clear watery piss of a beer. has to be one of the mildest experienses in my life.
1.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 FatPhil (6205) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JAN 6, 2008
500ml can.
Light yellow, quickly dissipating head. Smells of aroma, but not much else. Taste is a whole mixed bag of things - ranging from a sweet light maltiness, to nothing at all, to cooking apples, to nothing at all, to beer. No, sorry I was lying about that last one. A masterpiece of blandness, but at least it wasn’t nasty. If I’m being fair, I will own up to a little hint of hop in it. But that might just be the finish of last night’s 100gram still.
1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 omhper (15956) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - SEP 11, 2007
Canned, thanks oh6gdx Pale yellow, rich firm head. Fruity aroma with melon and pineapple Sweet and fairly light bodied with clean mouthfeel and notes of vegetables. Very low bitterness. refreshing (for being a BBH beer).
2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 berkshirejohn (3014) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - AUG 14, 2007
500ml can. A typical pale lager; pleasantly malty aroma, and a grainy flavour. Head disappeared almost immediately, leaving a rather flat looking body.
1.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20 VilleH (31) - Vieremä, FINLAND - JUN 29, 2007
(500ml can) Basic pale lager, unfortunately. Lacks of character. Has much same elements as Finnish ones.
