Papillon (172), Sudbury, Ontario, Canada Apr 24, 2009 500 mL Bottle. Pale straw body with a creamy white head that settles to a frothy film lacing the sides of the glass nicely. Aroma is sweet malt and grains with earthy-grassy hops. Light, sweet-nutty malt flavor with a hint of butter biscuit sweetness in the aftertaste and a clean finish. After all, this is a lager and lagers are meant for simplicity. This lager comes across to me as very above-average.
