Head is terrible...but then you get to the beer and things get better. Smooth, unassuming beer - very drinkable at any time. GregClow (2516), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Not sure how this is different from Baltika2. Smells like cereal. Not much hop aroma. This one is much more balanced than that #2. More hop bitterness on the palate in the finish. dkachur (2441), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jul 25, 2008 16.9 oz. bottle from Wine Warehouse in CHarlottesville. Best before Sept. 16, 2008. Crystal clear and very pale gold color with a fizzy, quickly dissipating 2-finger head. Very grassy, somewhat grainy and slightly skunky aroma. Very grainy taste with some bitterness, sweat and green apple. Mouthfeel is a little too thick for a beer of this nature, but it does still have its refreshing qualities if you drink it quickly.
