Looks and smells like any ole beer. Head is terrible...but then you get to the beer and things get better. Smooth, unassuming beer - very drinkable at any time.

Very light yellow with a foamy white head. No aroma to speak of aside from a slight skunky note. Some sweet malt in the flavour, but not much else. Bland and inoffensive.

Pours thin and weak like a late-autumn leaf. Color is translucent yellow with a slight glaze of lace. Flavor is weak hops and piss-flavored malt. No better than a really good macro.

Bottle. Some malt and hops aroma with typical 'lager' nose. Tinny bitterness and fleeting glimpses of sweetness. Average lager.

HAD THIS ON MY 30TH BIRTHDAY!!!1pint,9oz . brown bottle 5% ABV straw yellow, white head. Not sure how this is different from Baltika2. Smells like cereal. Not much hop aroma. This one is much more balanced than that #2. More hop bitterness on the palate in the finish.

16.9 oz. bottle from Wine Warehouse in CHarlottesville. Best before Sept. 16, 2008. Crystal clear and very pale gold color with a fizzy, quickly dissipating 2-finger head. Very grassy, somewhat grainy and slightly skunky aroma. Very grainy taste with some bitterness, sweat and green apple. Mouthfeel is a little too thick for a beer of this nature, but it does still have its refreshing qualities if you drink it quickly.
