Bought in a supermarket in Kazakhstan. A Carlsberg Kazakhstan beer. This beer has an awful smell but the taste isnít too bad. You wouldnít know you were drinking a 5.3% ABV beer as the taste is quite light. Easy to drink but nothing special going on. Not bad for a Baltika but on the grand scale of things a dispointing beer.

Basic yellow lager color with a rather impressive white head. Boring grainy aroma. Watery flavor with just a hint of malt.

Canned, thanks oh6gdx! Clear golden, coarse mid sized head. Aroma of butter and boiled vegetables. Sugary sweet with clean moutheel. Boiled yellow peas and old butter. Some salted mustard seed in the finish. There is a reason as to why I always try to avoid beers produced by BBH...

Clear golden coloured body with a lightish white head. Aroma of pale malt, alcohol, a hint of urine and not much else. Light-bodied; Strong alcohol flavours along with some pale malt, metal and the slightest hints of herbal hops. Aftertaste shows some metal, a bit of pale malt and alcohol with a little earthiness. Overall, a pretty bad offering with not much flavour and whatís there isnít too good. I sampled this 50 cL can purchased in Washington and brought to a hockey game by a teammate, sampled in Arlington, Virginia.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden pour, foamy white head. Aroma is grainy and somewhat chemical. Flavor is slightly bitter grainy with some faint hops. Simple lager, quite clean and nothing special.

Light yellow appearance, no aroma, and light taste. This is a little more than flavored water.

16.9 fl oz / 500mL bottle into a pint glass. Served cold. Aroma: As soon as I opened the bottle, my room was flooded with skunky reek. I think beneath it all, I can detect a little stale corn flake smell. The skunk is strong with this one. Appearance: Completely transparent yellow, almost looks like water thatís gone bad. Urine-like head that goes away quickly. Much like the head on urine. Taste: Actually not that bad. Cereals. Bready almost. Reminds me of white bread, nachos, and flour tortillas. Not bad at all. Palate: Light body, actually has a short little finish. Smooth, clean, crisp. Points for not being horribly offensive. Overall: Probably the skunkiest beer I have ever smelled so far in my life. The smell and look of this beer are huge turn offs. However, itís actually not that bad. The flavor is pretty refreshing, and itís not horrible. Itís not even bad, really.

Was expecing something horrendous. IT is a few days past its best by but it isnít skunked at all. It is a crappy pale lager but surprisingly drinkable and not horrible.
