Funky aroma, smooth flow but with a after taste of moose piss. I would recommend the regular Baltika, it has a better aroma and a slight after taste.

Bottle. This is exactly as you might expect from a lager. Pours clear golden with a large foamy white head. Excellent retention and some lacing. Aroma is toasty, caramel, malts. Taste is malty, slightly fruit, lightly bitter and medium sweet. Light body with a light carbonation.

MarkoNm (400) - Novo mesto, SLOVENIA - MAR 31, 2014
UPDATED: APR 16, 2014 Pours with a clear and golden color and is topped with an avergae white frothy head that soon settles down to almost nothing. The aroma is mild. Some malts, some grains and surprisingly slighty soury smell. The taste is light and sweet, balanced body finishes with a slight hoppiness. Slight, really slight bittery feel in the aftertaste. Ok, but nothing special.

Botella de 50 cl, adquirida en El Corte Ingles. Color dorado. Sabor a malta, suave. Equivalente, en calidad, a una lager comercial.

Not easily available outside Russia. Had this on in SPB for several times. Good, clean pale lager. The colder you serve it, the better it gets.

500ml bottle from Hipercor.
In short: a poor international lager.
In long: a poor international lager. Cornish, too sweet. Not again.
