A traditional dark beer based on old recipes. "Baltika" brews this beer with the best dark and light malts with the addition of superior hop types and a special strain of yeast. Crystal-clear water and the secret touch of "Baltika"'s brewers make this a beer of unsurpassable quality.
The ingredients are water, caramel malt and burnt roasted malt, maltose syrup and hops. 17°

Nice after taste, maybe some coffee, rather sweet, bu not overly. Flavor lingers in the palate.

I like the Baltic Porters that I have tried, so one named "Baltika" had high expectations. I was only slightly let down by this dark watery porter. Big anice and sweet malts were the main notes overall. There is an odd aftertaste, but it may be the same carboard/grainy hops used in some of the other Baltikas.

A bit overly sweet but otherwise a decent example of a porter. Head is decent, if not really large, and the aroma is reasonable and the color is nicely opaque. Not the best of its type, but an acceptable brew.

dark red-brown. sweet caramel aroma. taste is a touch on the sugary side with a butterscotch toffee character. some interesting fruit notes with a raisin and overripe plums. finish is stout-like with a lasting bitterness. quite good but the syrupy sweetness lets it down.

Porter isn't really my thing, but this one's ok. Aroma and flavour from chocolate and coffee. Nice sweetness.

I don't know what's wrong with this beer. It smells like wet socks. It's extremely thin. And the taste...just...isn't...right...

Dark brown color with a light chocolate colored near fizzy head. Earthy grains and light fruit in the aroma. Fortified light wine, sorghum, and malt mixture. I envision this being reduced and poured over corn bread.

Very dark brown with a nice slight brown head. The taste is coffee and roasted malt. Nicely balanced though slight bitter finish.

Very dark black body topped by a huge creamy tan head. This beer looks very nice. Sweet malty aroma. The flavor is also sweet and malty with some raisin flavors. The body is big but not creamy, more liks a red wine body. The finish is fairly clean with only some lingering sweetness.
