COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional dark beer based on old recipes. "Baltika" brews this beer with the best dark and light malts with the addition of superior hop types and a special strain of yeast. Crystal-clear water and the secret touch of "Baltika"'s brewers make this a beer of unsurpassable quality.
The ingredients are water, caramel malt and burnt roasted malt, maltose syrup and hops. 17°

Got the bottle. Pretty much like Danish porters (stick to pilseners guys!) and crap.

Subdued aroma of raosted malt, dark black color minimal head and carbonation. Taste of malt and smoke with an oily feel and an awful sweet malt finish.

500 ml bottle. Translucent redish brown color. Big foamy tan head. Sweet roasted malt nose, reminiscent of licorice and soy sauce. Flavor is more of the same. Licorice and soy sauce with additional notes of sweet dark coffee. Mid taste has notes of whiskey and spicy hops., Finish is smooth and chocolaty. Dry winey aftertaste. Quite good.

Baltika #6 might have a boring name, but the brew is good. Nice dark pour with a tan head. Moderate chocolate aroma. Taste is chocolatey with a hint of coffee. Very well executed porter. #6 is the good choice in a Russian restaurant.

Nice strong Porter with toasty earth notes. Dark as expected with a full weighty palate. Good roasted malt flavor that could use a little more hop balance.

Molto liquiriziosa e poco caffettosa, fresca nonostante la corpositŕ. La adoro, e non sono un amante delle scure.

Pitch black, small tan to even brown head. Roasty, chocolate and cocoa aroma. Thin body, a bit creamy, soft carbonation. Sweetish cocoa finish. Nice.

500 ml bottle - Black brownish colour with creamy white fizzy frothy. Quite a weak taste for a porter but not unpleasant in anyway. Slightly too carbonated.

Tasted 8/4/2015. BB 13.05.15. Poured an opaque black with a one-finger tan frothy head that retained OK before diminishing to a collar. Laced well. Aroma sweet with roasted grain and malt. Taste of quite sweet malt followed by coffee and hints of chocolate; has a light roasted bitterness. Medium body. Smooth, dry and semi-sweet with a moderate coffee bitterness on the finish. Nice.

Very dark brown color, thin brownish head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt and cocoa. Taste is the same plus some raspberries in finish. Sweet, no real bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Interesting and very pleasant.
