2.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
500ml bottle. Minimal aroma on this one possibly slight grains but nothing offensive. The appearance is generic for the style but carbonation is limited. The taste is of hops with a sweet underlying presence - reminds me a little bit of budweiser. The best part is the mouthfeel which is surprisingly creamy and quite rich in comparison to most lagers. Nothing here that would make me want to seek it out again.

From a can. A very big can. Another thin non desrcript lager that is easy to drink which is lucky given that it comes in a very big can.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
I encountered a 500ml green glass bottle offering a pretty cool opening system I found original. I decided to try it right out of the fridge in a tall flute glass.
Visually, it pours a pale straw robe holding a vivid sparkle and topped by a large frothy head. It shows no apparent lacing and the retention is somewhat present but minimal. The nose offers a grassy and sweaty attack but the barley does find its way through. The taste is clean but not faint starting off with a very light rounding sharpness and bitterness. Not so much skunkiness so the bottle I got must have been pretty fresh. I found it just a touch sweet and fresh with a corny vapoury finish. This lager is delicate and smooth and I would recommend it with light salads and poached fish or just on its own as a refresher.

Bottle. Clear light golden with white head. Honey, buttery, sweet malts and light herbal touch. Quite sweet and cloying, with weird finish. Light bodied. Not good.

500ml bottle from the local grocery store. Pours pale yellow with a small white head that quickly fizzes away. Slight aroma of grassy hops. Taste is sweet and grainy. Could be worse.
