2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from a supermarket. No head. Smells inoffensive. Taste is OK, not too bad. Definitely reminiscent of having been produced in a toy factory or something, but really it’s not a bad macro. Not much taste, but no nasty notes. Very smoothly malty.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottled, 0.50l. Clear straw color with large frothy white head, no lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma of light bready malt, hay, moderate grassy hops, grapefruit and vegetables. Taste starts with moderate sweet and thick malt, toffee and alcohol, while ffollowing is moderate bitter and light grassy sour. Medium body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. When I opened the bottle, it popped up like a champagne, following was even better, because I liked it and that’s not common with lagers...

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
I got this at Randall's. Pours yellow with a white head. Taste slightly sweet, light, similar to other mass produced pale lagers. I thought this was good. I could drink this again.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pale yellow; foamy, white head dissipates rather quickly, sparse lacing. Aroma is grain, notes of corn. Taste is fairly sweet. Fairly thin; average carbonation. Typical European Lager. Quite similar to Carlsberg. Drinkable and better than mass-produced American lawnmower beers.

2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle. Clear, golden-yellow beer, with a decent head. Smelly kind of rank, but I expected no better, and matches the taste. The taste is marginal, about as good as one could expect from a russian pale lager. More taste that you’d expect, still better than most american macros. Bitter, but not particularly hoppy - a simple bitterness. Slightly alcoholic taste - this beer has been copied in other parts of eastern europe, I think.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Among Baltikas, I like this one the most. Its somehow more balanced, right in the middle. Its aroma is as always, sweet and with traces of cereal. Good body, nice blond color, foamy and decently fuzzy. And, a very good taste, smooth but intense. Very Enjoyable.
