ahh yes, the Russian Euro Power Lager tick. pours straw yellow, light fizzy head powered by lots of visible carbonation. nose is mostly clean with some very faint malt. taste is also bland with light malt, some spice hops, and elmer’s glue finish. body is light and booze factor well hidden. I’d be lying if I did not say this was better than expect. In mother Russia, you not spank monkey... monkey spank you.

Bottle! Ooh, this one isn’t good, man - I really disagree with the description. Decent bubbly head, okay lacing, looks good enough. Tastes pretty gnarly, man. Strong lager, using a little more of the same uninteresting malt as their other beer’s, I’d guess...they even admit they use malt syrup, Wrong.

Bottle: Golden color, off-white head. Light grassy, alcoholic, medical. Flavor is malty and sharp alcoholic. Sweetish, notes of ouzo, light bitter finish.

sweet malts, murky dough, bready in a bad way... no hops? taste is far to carbs are too light to hide anything and the finish is horribly thicky sweetish and old...

The strongest beer I’ve tasted so far, 8%. Its alcoholic aroma and taste changes the general features of this beer pretty much. I don’t know yet if most of strong beers are the same. But sadly, I don’t like that.

500ml bottle from hypermarket in St. Petersburg, clear gold colour, medium rocky head. Somewhat spicy aroma of grain, booze and fruit and a hint of floral hops. Taste is sweetish boozy, abrupt finish, medium body (quite a feat with such a strength). The worst one I’ve tried from Baltika thus far, probably finisheable with enough dried fish.

Probably the worst beer I had in Russia. Boozy strong lager...not too nice.

Couleur dorée, peu de mousse. Arome très leger. Gout leger de caramel et d’alcool. Pas de fin de bouche. Juste une pale forte.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a clear golden yellow, decent white head. Aromas of cooked corn, honey and straw. Tastes quite sweet, but with a light bitterness that just about stops it being cloying. Better than expected!

Serving type: bottle Apearance- Pours a golden yellow with a nice white foamy head and good lacing Aroma- A crisp smell of malt and hops T/P- Taste is like a standard lager with a bit more bitterness to it mixed with some sweetness. Overall- It is drinkable, not the best around pretty average a very typical lager with slightly more flavor.
