Yellow and clear. Large head of frothiness. Looks like the surf being washed up on a beach. Lightly acidic aroma with some hints of corn and that sort of thing. The flavor follows suit, but there is quite a note of honey. Finishes off sort of offensive. I’m not sure I can get through the entire bottle... but I’m a trooper!

Bottle. Light golden with fast disappearing white head. Light honey, lemon, corn, light herbs and a touch of cream. Mainly sweet, no hops. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle from Continental Food Store, Wakefield. Pale gold with a thin bubbly head and a small carbonation. Fairly typical macro European lager with a small sweetness and bitter malts.

Cerveja para quem quer algo realmente suave, quase insípido. Só o aroma é digno de nota. Creme branco bem formado e denso. Porém pouco persistente. Líquido translúcido, acetinado tendendo para o dourado. Aroma de média intensidade de malte. Um pouco doce e algo de herbal. Amargor leve. Alta carbonatação. Lúpulo não identificado. Muito suave. Retrogosto doce. Caramelado no fundo.

(Baltika Kuler (Cooler)) Clear glass bottle 500ml at home, pull cap, poured into a glass tankard. ABV 4.7% Clear pale yellow colour on the body, with a tall but thin frothy white head, low retention, non existent lacing on the glass. Aroma of malts, cereal, dirty hay, carton. Taste is slightly better but still nothing to celebrate. Very malty, sweet, again cereal. Very thin body, carbonation on the low side. Maybe ice cold on the beach.

Pours a clear golden color, not much head to speak of. Slightyly skunky malty aroma. The taste is light and sweet, Watson ry, quite some metalic feel in the end. Not nice

50cl bottles. Some kind of beer they tell me. Tastes like piss. Soft, no malts, hops pr clean water in this one. I wonder, who is the targeted audience in this one?

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht malzig, süß, getreidig. Geschmack leicht malzig getreidig.

Bottle, courtesy of MiP. Opens with a mighty puff. Pours clear pale golden with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of hops and yeast, with a mild paperlike note. Crisp and estery flavour with faint malty touches and mild notes of hops, but first of all of cardboard. Mild, cardboardlike finish. Not that bad, but far from my ideal of a Pale Lager (if I have got one at all...) #1969.
