Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Apr 10, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Clear golden with a very white head leaving some lacing. Unclean aroma of brewing cereal. Medium body with sweet malts and brewing cereal. Short and dry finish. Cornfield (4263), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Sep 26, 2007 From the 500ml bottle this pours a deep yellow body with a tall and lasting fizzy white head. The aroma has a sugary sweetness and lemongrass and mown grasses. There’s some (well, a little) pale malt in the flavor with lemon and a grassy bitterness. Drinkable... but, why?
