Boa weizen. bem turva, forma ótima espuma. no aroma muito cravo e banana. na boca é bem cítrica e o malte de trigo é bem presente.

On tap at the Emporio Alto dos Pinheiros, São Paulo. Pours a cloudy yellow with a tall white head. Aroma is very wheaty and bitter fruit not the usual smooth sweet banana. Taste is also very wheaty but way too citrusy. No real other fruits like the common banana come out and it’s quite a bad taste. I’m not sure if this was the intended taste or I just got a bad batch but overall I found it rather unpleasant. Not like any regular German Hefeweizen I’ve ever had.

UPDATED: AUG 11, 2011 Uma boa cerveja de trigo brasileira. Coloração e formação de espumas muito bonita, espuma branca densa e coloração alaranjada. Cheiro frutado e suave. Boa drinkabilidade e sabores de paes presentes.
Segunda impressão - alaranjada, turva. Espuma branca de pouca formação. Suave, cremosa. Maltada, suave doce no retrogosto.

essa German Hefeweizen brasileira não tem nada de mais. Sua espuma tem aparência inicial volumosa e cremosa, coloração esbranquiçada e reduzida longevidade. Seu corpo ralo, turvo e borbulhante apresenta boa formação de colarinho e coloração dourada. No aroma, os tradicionais toques de banana e cravo. O sabor inicial apresenta a tríade leve dulçor-acidez-amargor, tornando-se levemente amarga e ácida no final, este de média duração. Do meio para o final do gole, o sabor começa a desenvolver certo azedume acético, lembrando vinagre, sensação essa desagradável, prejudicando a drinkability da cerveja. O paladar é composto de um corpo leve, de textura aguada, forte carbonatação e moderada adstringência.

UPDATED: SEP 1, 2008 Bottled. Like the fellow below said, Surprisingly! This beer is really nice, Cloudy yellow, nice cream let thin lace. the aroma is so good, like a German Hefe Weizen, Fruity and sweet. Pour banana, roasted sugar and cinnamon. Flavor is a little bit citrus and spicy. Mouthfeel is refreshing and sweet.

Surpreendente. Uma cerveja de trigo com aparência muito bonita, creme denso e persistente. No aroma e no sabor, muita banana e toques de fermento e cereais. Muito equilibrada. Ótima cerveja no seu estilo.
