COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tons of Vienna malt and Munich, and a touch of Carahell compose the grist. A healthy dose of German Spalt hops balance the sweetness.

Ludicrously light for a dopplebock, more light shiny copper. Nose has some caramel, but smells a lot like overcooked green beans. Sweet and harsh, some unpleasant corn/grainy flavors, almost saccharine at the end. Thin as well.
