COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bees only produce 1/12 of a teaspoon of honey during their lives, so it took approximately 36,000 bees to produce the honey for this batch of beer. Simple recipe, 45% Rahr 2-Row malt, 45% Rahr White Winter Wheat and 10% raw unpasteurized Minnesota honey. OG 14, IBU 28.

2005 ABR: Very little going on here. Not much wheat flavor, not much honey, either. Mainly a very light, watered-down lager-type brew.

Basically a light lager. No detectable honey flavor. Looks better than it is with a cloudy yellow color that gives he impression of a wit. Simple.

Autumn Brew Review 2004. Light yellow color with a small head on my pour. A little hops here, a little wheat there... typical and standard. Not great, not bad.

2004 ABR. Basic lager aroma with hints of honey. Very pale yellow. White, frothy large bubble head. A little bit of visible carbonation. Amarillo hops? Diacetyl? A little peppery. Not bad. Some hop zing.
