Amber in color, nice frothy white head and sheets of lace. The aroma of hops is noticeable, but malt steals the day. Front is sweet, the top relatively light, the finish is crisp and clean with a noticeable hop presence, carbonation is moderate. Another quite quaffable beer.

Copper with medium tan head, nice lacing. Aroma is very malty, mild sweet, caramel. Taste is malty, slightly roasty, finishes moderately bitter. Dry.

Had this on tap while celebrating at the converted “Varsity Club” prior to the Fiesta Bowl in Tempe - GO BUCKS!! It was nice having access to the “Real Bar” in the back while nearly everyone else was drinking the AB canned shit in the rear; and was probably 99% of the reason I ended up totally tanked that night. Refreshing nose of warm spices and flowers. This brew is brown with a creamy off white head that is mostly diminishing. The flavor is sour and bitter with a long bitter finish and a moderate to heavy level of acidity. The medium body is dry and feels very astringent at the finish. This was the best of the Bandersnatch’s brews that I sampled.
