COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An orgy of Galena, Amarillo, Centennial, Cascade and Kent Goldings provides this American IPA with a citrusy and spicy nose. The intense hop character is balance by a smooth malt background. SRM: 7 ABV: 7.4% IBU: 90

Orange amber pour with a fluffy offwhite head. Aroma is resinous hops, some toffee malt. Flavor and aroma are relatively bland. Muted hops and bland malt with a bitter finish. not fresh tasting. This one needs work.

I saw that this beer has 90 IBU’s and I got my hopes up. If not an interesting beer at least this one might hold my interest for than 3 seconds. Sadly I was mistaken. Pours golden with a thin white head. Not much on the nose. If you really really focus there might be a hop floating around there. Finish is clean.

Tap @ Ithaca Beer Fest. Aroma is hoppy with some pine, fairly bitter. A decent IPA but nothing special.
