COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Jalepeno Hefeweizen. Our award winning beer that is a hefeweizen and is infused with freshly roasted jalepenos and serrano peppers. It was a vibrant pepper aroma with a subtle spice on the palate.

UPDATED: JUN 25, 2014 Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a yellow-gold color with a medium sized foamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was jalapeno and a touch of yeast. The flavor was crisp and refreshing with tangy and sweet malts and a solid jalapeno presence. Medium sweet and tangy finish with lingering jalapeno. Medium body. Interesting.

Super pale lemon colored, medium sized white head, soapy lacing. Intense jalapeño--minimal burn, but a little heat. There might be some other flavors in there but not in any dose to compete with the peppers. Medium to light bodied, lively carbonation.

Part of a flight - light hazy yellow. Had the typical hefe aroma. Has the jalapeño taste but not the heat of one. Medium body and slight spicy finish.

Draft - Serrano and jalapeño. Hazy yellow and a thin white head. Serrano, jalapeño and beans? No heat though, very flavourful even though beyond the slight sweet yeast. Nice drink, hard to call a beer but well done.

Draft at the source. Cloudy pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma of banana, light citrus, subtle heat. Taste is light pepper flesh, citrus. Decent. First rating of this brand new brewery. Color change, Nevada!
