Bangla Beer - its colour...the golden hue of the sun setting over the Bay of Bengal. Bangla Beer - its taste...a rich full flavour with an extraordinarily smooth taste. Chamotkar!"

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Expected a country tick, but brewed in bloody England. Clear golden colour, foamy white head. Nose is sweet malted, corn. Flavour is sweet malty, corn, little bitterness, a bit skunked.

A total waste of good money.

Bottle @ Nieuwjaarsborrel 2014, hosted by MrHangover. Clear golden pour. Aroma is metallic and grainy. Flavor is very watery and messy. Almost nothing to like about this.

UPDATED: OCT 20, 2010 Bottle from Beers of Europe. Bright hoppy, grassy aroma. Slightly cloudy pale yellow colour. Sharp fresh and dry hoppy flavour. Watery texture. A bit bland but quite refreshing. A reasonable pale lager in a beautiful bottle. Perfect match for curry

Lunchtime tick at Preem, Brick Lane. Such great food, and this was a perfectly acceptable fire abatement device. It were fizzy and yellow, and if you really try you can convince yourself that the phenolic stuff constitutes "flavor."

Gold with a white head. Malt aroma. Sweet caramel taste, some sourness and low bitterness. The usual easy drinking pale lager. Its not bad.

Bottled (3 months out of date): Sweet aroma, malt and molasses. Golden color. Flavor is sweetish, sticky malty notes of cough preparations.

Courtesy of tderoeck. Apparently conceived as a beer from Bangladesh or India, but, much like e.g. Cobra, brewed in England for the many Asian immigrants there - too bad, would have been an interesting country tick otherwise. Thin and unstable, off-white head, pale golden blonde colour with not much fizz, cristal clear. Aroma of rice, sweat, iron and burning rubber, unpleasant. Sweet and sourish graininess in the mouth, thin, weird sweet (industrial) apple cider accent not fitting in too well, soft carbo (undercarbonated in fact, but in this case the fact that the bottle had been opened a while before, explains everything, I assume); thin and clearly metallic body, rice flavour, straightforward with almost no hops for balance; I hardly detected any bitterness at all in this one. Very unpleasant in every way but still interesting to taste, I had never heard of it.

Bottled, 5,2%. Pale golden colour, rich, creamy head. Seetish, vinegary nose.Light mouthfeel with a nasty maltiness. Notes of rubber, vinegar and glue. No bitterness.
