Gravity Cask @ Reading Beer Festival 2006. Slight sharp acidic start leading into a juicy finish which doesnt sit to well with the acidity and doesnt help to balance it.

Pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma of apple and wood with floral notes. Sweet apple flavour with a faint tartness.

From a plastic barrel @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.

ABV: 6.3%. Hazy matt medium yellow yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, fruity apple notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, sweet apple, tart apples. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110804]

Cask@GBBF2011 (as Jontys Early Night Cider Medium Sweet, 6.3 %). Hazy yellow colour, small head. Armoa is apples, fruits, some mild wooden and vinegary notes as well. Flavour is fruits, mild earth, some yeast, sweet apples and mild notes of nectar.

Cask, Peterborough Fest 08. Straw coloured and still. Aromas are sour apple juice with vinegar notes. Flavours are sour unripe green apple with citrus. Quite tangy.

From the barrel at Reading Beer festival, April 2006. Hazy, pale straw colour. Odd perfumed slightly cosmetic, aroma with a rubbery undertone. Reasonably dry on the palate, with a fair amount of fruit and a touch of tartness, but relatively low tannin levels.

Bag in a box at Reading BF 06. Silver gold with no head. Sour cider vinegar aroma. Very sour in mouth. Bit of rubber/apple on the finish. Too sour for me.

Cask @ Reading 06: Cloudy light yellow. Simple pears. Alcohol shows through, but theres enough sweet fruit to balance it out. Quite tasty.
