Cask; Regular.
A amber coloured beer with a fresh citrus-peel aroma. Well balanced with hops and zesty grapefruit flavours and a hoppy citrus finish.

Cask Conditioned, at the Wenlock Arms, London.
Clear pale gold, wonderful clarity and conditioning. Fruity, pineapple aroma, that’s refreshing and inviting you to neck this beer. Clean fruity flavour with plent of hoppy flavour. Flavour is consistent on the palate.

Cask gravity at Rare Breeds BF 06. Gold with bubbly white head. Aroma I’m not keen on, some peach fruit. Good im mouth, bit of syrup.

Cask@Battersea Beer festival. Some decent hop character here, but it is a bit on the light side. Some crisp citrus and grapefruit flavours, with some lightly grainy malt. Drinkable.
