[Cask at GBBF 2004] An amber beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of oranges as well as hints of diacethyl. The flavor is sweet notes of caramel and a little alcohol, which gives it a nice body.

Cask at the Bon Accord. Aroma is eppery spicey hops, with caramel coming off the malts and i hint of butter. Taste is upfront far maltier and again you can tell thier is butter but hints of tarter fruit over the peppery floural hop.

Straight from the Cask at the Chesterfield Beer Festival on 04/02/05. Mid amber / straw brown bolour. A very fresh feel to the aroma & taste. Quite hoppy, nice lingering aftertaste.

Copper colour. Some floral hop in the aroma, but a touch of sulphur too. Fruit and a bit of hop in the flavour, but the overall feel is rather soft. Not bad, but somewhat lacking in gravitas for a 5% beer. Cask, GBBF 2004.

GBBF, London, gravity. Sampled with chris_o, ungstrup and maybe rauchbier (I was losing track by this point). Plain aroma, no head. Very sweet, fruity and smooth, with some orange. No gradiation or development. Alright, but not brilliant.

[Cask conditioned] Very pleasant aroma of flowers and sweet German white wine. The flavour is also very flowery.

Straw color and no head. Weak malt body. Not at all strong - don't know why this was listed with the porters, stouts and strong ales. Pretty poor showing.
