1.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
UPDATED: FEB 23, 2011 355mL export ed. Pours straw with no retention or lace. Aroma is pretty much nothing. Taste is slight copper, mineral water. Warms into some weird island fruits. Would need to be paired with Barbadian food on the beach. :) 3/1/4/1/5=1.4
275mL in Barbados. The pour is a 1 for appearance. I’m not sure how this is possible, but this is happening right now. No head, no bubbles, just flat, clear, yellow pee. Aroma is pineapple, sugar, thankfully no off-characters or metals. Taste is flat, bland, little soapy. Definitely not offensive but still very poor.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 oz. bottle. Light gold color, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is rye bread, light cereals, pilsener hops, and a little earthiness. Chalky sweetness, and light spicy hoppiness. Light to medium body, sticky, and thick. Overall, this is a surprisingly heavy pale lager, with a nice, mellow hop profile.

Straw blond colour. A plain tasting beer but it’s quite fresh, and clean. Just a thirst quencher, nothing more.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. First lager I’ve had that is seriously grainy smelling, like sticking your head in a sack of malt. Pale gold, no head, thin stream of bubbles. Corn comes through on the taste. Slightly soapy bitterness. Watery and not very good.
