Strong Ale

Brewed to a recipe over 100 years old using top quality English malted barley and the finest hops from Worcestshire, Herefordshire & Kent.
Award-winning Barley Gold is a hearty, potent and warming strong ale. The colour of deep burnished gold, it’s produced from copious quantities of the finest natural brewing ingredients. Brimful with fruity, malty, bitter-sweet flavours, that are underpinned by the strength derived from a prolonged conditioning period.
This rich complex beer is particularly suitable as a partner to red meat, game and strong cheeses such as Roquefort.

Warning! Early amateur rating! Thick palate. Treacly beer. Full on malts with a bitter hop undertone. Quite drinkable though.

Can from the fart dungeon. Lots of adjunct garbage in the aroma. Pale yellow with no head. Taste is complete garbage. Just horrible like apples and peppers. Gross

Segunda breja da sequência da noite. Chegou pra embalar... Belíssima cor de cobre envelhecido. O creme foi se formando aos poucos. Bastante denso e porém sem grande volume. Cor acastanhada clara. Aroma de groselha doce ou uva. Mas definitivamente, doce. Sabor de vinho branco, a princípio doce, seguido de um agradável amargor. Tem um pouco de especiarias. Alcool pouco eviddente. Bela cerveja.
