Bottle from Far Land in P-Town. Light flowery aroma, green apple. High carbonation. Very dry and well attenuated. Has some musty, earthy, cellar flavors on the finish. Hints of dark honey. Complex for a cider.

Pours a very pale yellow, nearly clear from a bottle. Aroma is a slightly yeasty floral honey. Flavor is a dry crisp champagne-like apple with a hint of honey towards the end. Very effervescent. Good cider.

Full glass on draft at Pastoral in Boston. Clear light straw yellow with no head. Aromas of light apples. Tastes of sweet and tart apples and juice. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Not complex by any means but I enjoyed it.

Pours a clear straw yellow with no head - but this is a cider, and one expects this of a hard cider. Apple aroma has a subtle undertone of pear. Crisp, sweet flavor has an underpinning of sour apple, perfect to take the edge off a hot day. Texture is firm and very fizzy, leaving a nice apply tingle. A wunderkind of a cider? Probably.

Very pale pour with no head. Clear and lightly sparkling. Clean aroma of apple and pear. Taste is just a clean apple juice. A little on the sweet side. Not really complex. Straddling the line between the real macro ciders and the craftier stuff.

Bantam Wunderkind is my favorite hard cider. It’s light in color and almost austerely dry compared to ciders like Angry Orchard Traditional or Crisp, Harpoon, and Woodchuck Amber. With loads of fine bubbles Wunderkind is very Champagne-like, not quite brut, but reminiscent of Chandon’s California Blanc de Noirs sparking wine. Crisp and refreshing. Highly recommended.

650 mL bottle purchased for $7.55 at Leary’s earlier today. To tulip, it pours a clear, transparent yellow. Sparkly, and evanescent. Aromas of honeydew melon, wildflower honey, dandelions, sweet malts, candied sugar, white sage, apple sauce, caramel apples, apricot syrup, peaches, and champagne. Tastes everything described above. Sweet, and refreshing, and only slightly tart. Need more. Support local!

Bottle at the Nor’east Beer Garden on a tour of P-Town with my wife. Pours a clear straw gold. Big apples with a touch of honey. Crisp and quite sweet, touches of blueberry, fruit, honey. Dries out a little on the finish, bright and zesty with some champagne yeast, and still just a little lingering sweetness. Very nice.

22oz Bottle poured at CiderDays 2012. Strong "rosey" honey aroma. Very floral and citrus-y. Flavor picks this up again and carries a lot of vinous honey and fruit through. I love the flavors that are coming through, but this really tastes more like cyser than cider.
