3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
22oz bottle. Golden amber with a small off white head and some floaties/sediment. Aroma of citrus peel, toffee and earthy herbs. Flavor of sweet toasty malt, rough bitterness and some doughy yeast. Medium body with average carbonation. Not really a fan of this one, kind of rough and yeasty.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A nice deviation from a West Coast hop bomb, this IPA has a fair amount of malts to balance out the hops. Still has the bitter finish that I crave. Solid IPA albeit a little old school.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 Oz can poured. Cloudy orange in color with a lasting foam head. Orange fruit forward aroma. Hold citrus. Flavor is a good hop profile, nice citrus, and a low bitter linger finish. Very good flavor here. Above average IPA for me.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Can:   Dirty orange, moderate foamy off-white head, fairly nice lacing.   Mild hop nose, a little
touch of soil and mealiness on the nose.   Moderately bitter on the tongue.   Could use a touch of
sweetness.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   A little pithy on the finish.   Not real bright, no real
sweetness, and not terribly bitter.   Very mild and pedestrian example.   You might say a bit of a snoozer.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Head is initially average sized, frothy, off-white, mostly lasting.
Body is hazy light to medium amber.
Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (cookie, toasted grain), moderately to heavily hoppy (apricot, mandarin orange, flowers), with notes of dried apricot and kumquat.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter.
Medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation.
Well, it’s nice to find the 4.1-quality stout I had from this brewery last year was no fluke...this place can brew! Beautiful fruity hop bouquet and nice malt make this one quite a joy. And just look at that appearance. Only complaint is the acidity is a bit much more my tastes, but it’s clean and delightful. Can’t wait to drink more of their stuff in the coming week or two.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sampled from the tap at the Hop Shop. Pours a clear amber gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges slowly and laces slightly. Aroma has bread and grass with a touch of earthy citrus underlying. Flavor has earthy citrus throughout with bread and grain backing.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours light copper with a beigeish head. Aroma seems floral/fruit. Near full bodied. Flavor is fruit, floral, perhaps some citrus and a slightly roasted malt eventually comes forth for support. This is a tasty brew, tho it has some APA aspects. Some herb/earth aspects emerge in the finish, which is well towards dry, and very nicely bitter. Nice!

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can in Seattle. Gusher, from the can and foam overpouring the pint glass. Deep hazy golden orange, tall foam. Aroma of good sweet hops, a nice balance of citrus and pine. A lovely balance all around, nice strong hop character with solid base malts as well. Carbonation and foam are a little too much but forgiven for the very nice flavors and drinkability. This would be a welcome addition to any tap list in my book.
