Appearance: golden some straw color. Little head, white color with low persistency. Aroma: malty and rarely yeasty. Interesting fruitiness for the style; grapes, pears, apples and banana. Peppery yeasty touch. Hoppy some citric. Flavor: sweet pale malty start, peppery progress from yeasty (I remember to yeasty taste of “Cervecería Artesanal el Bolsón”). Fruitiness like red apple. Medium dryness from hops, but short. Palate: light to medium body. Low carbonation. Mediocre.

INteresting flavour, at leats it is a well brewed beer. It has some sediments and the colour is original.

Bottle - July 2006. Pours a light yellow color with a medium white head and vivid carbonatation, slightly hazy. Aroma is yeasty and slightly spicy. Taste is slightly wayery, sweet, balanced but very bland and flat. Mouthfeel is medium to thin, aftertaste is very short. Could do much better with more of everything.
