COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cerveza STAUT.

A decent strength stout. Alchohol content augment the bitter, gives it more body. Good in a country with a lot of BS stouts.

Pours dark brown (coca-cola look) with a timid head. Malty aroma, roasty. Light roasted malty taste but very round. Light sweetness. Medium body, oily feel, average carbonation (way too much), light bitter after taste. Very nice design on the bottle. Ok beer.

Thanks Gazza!, bottle, november 07. Very dark but clear brownish copper color with some burgundy notes and a disappearing medium beige head. Some dark suga, slightly roasted flavor but rather bland. Medium to light mouthfeel, light and drinkable. Molasses aroma with some toasted notes. A bit artifficial. A bit bland and boring dark ale.

Appearance: very dark brown color. Medium head, dark beige color, some dense and persistent. Good adherence at glass. Aroma: toasty, oat (ingredient?), sweety-liquory like truffle, sweet chocolate, some coffee and fruitiness of berries and figs. Not hoppy smells. Reminiscences of liquor’s chocolate Flavor: sweet and toasty malty, high roast grains, truffles, coffee, handcrafted chocolate, oat (ingredient?); fruitiness of berries, figs and black olives. Dry-toasty finish with long persistency, not hoppy considerably. Coffee and smoked aftertaste. Reminiscences of Syrah. Palate: light for the style, silky texture. Low carbonation. Nice, fresh toasty sensation and balanced; but light body and not very complex.

Deep black ale with a moka head, rich and creamy. Caramel and chocolate aroma, again, nice and vinous. Nice sweet chocolate in mouth, with nutty notes, and licorice. Light metallic notes. Medium bodied. Bought at Alas Supermercado, Calafate, for 4.5$AR.
